Annhy Shim-Morel has been actively engaged in all stages in the design and development of over 75 luxury hotels, condominiums, interior design and landscape projects in Miami, New York and Toronto.
Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Annhy received her Bachelor of Applied Arts from Ryerson University’s School of Interior Design. She has worked for interior design industry's leaders including Yabu Pushelberg and Gensler and her career accomplishments include collaborations with Rockefeller Group; Aecom; F&T Group; Conway+Partners; St. Regis Hotels; Starwood Hotels; Viceroy Hotels; Chatwal Hotels; Victoria's Secret; Holt Renfrew; Club Monaco; Office Depot; Eberjey and Marimekko to name a few.
She has curated art collections totaling over $2.5M for Jorge M. Perez’ condominium developments; designed and directed the construction of numerous sales galleries for brand driven residences and hotels including the The Fairchild Coconut Grove, St. Regis Bal Harbour, SLS Lux, Hyde Midtown and Flushing Commons and created the overall design of the 4th Street Commons, FIU's newest student housing community.
It is Annhy’s level of professionalism, creativity formal design education coupled with her 20+ years of proven development experience and real estate market knowledge, that continues to set her apart as an expert on maintaining the vital link between 'business' and 'design' through a strategic approach to aesthetics while being sensitive to budgets and development schedules.
