Flamingo Point, formerly Flamingo South Beach, is Miami Beach’s largest apartment communities spanning 15-acres in the heart of South Beach directly on the shimmering waters of Biscayne Bay. Benefitting from sunrise/ocean and sunset/bay views, this was the home of the historic Flamingo Hotel built by iconic Miami Beach developer, Carl G. Fisher in 1920 and is centrally located with access to Lincoln Road, Lummus Park, South Pointe on foot or bike which gives this community its value and desirability.
The redevelopment of Flamingo Point commenced in 2018 and including a master plan incorporating landscape, hardscape, architecture, public art and complete rebranding. 600+ apartments were redesigned to 366 apartment homes, and new amenities were added to the property including a 10,000 SF gym, retail spa, yoga deck, sky bridge, ride-share lounge, retail/cafe spaces, pool cabanas, co-working areas, and new lobbies all featuring curated art commissions by career Miami-based artists, Derek Hunter, Typoe, Emmett Moore, Carl Jazzar, Ernesto Kunde, Jenny Brillhart, Michelle Weinberg, Raymond Saa, NuDeco Ensemble (video wall), Maritza Caneca and Lauren Swartzburg- adding dynamism and connection to the vibrancy of Miami Beach.
Flamingo Point relaunched in phases during the pandemic and was completed in early 2023.
