The Maxwell represents the first phase of a multi-phased development across a 254-acre site. The site is located directly across from the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. The location is attractive given its close proximity to Celebration, a community-oriented mixed-use development with retail, restaurants, offices and a hospital. It is also located immediately south of US 192, and the Disney World theme parks are west and northwest of the site.

The project will contain five garden-style buildings with the leasing center/clubhouse amenities integrated within the first building. A two-story Lobby, Leasing and Club House features lofty ceilings and an industrial modern aesthetic using marble, leather, white oak panels and black metals. A breezeway separates the Lobby from the Gym and leads to a beautiful resort-style pool, sundeck and cabanas.
